How to order a Commission

Stage one
Contact is made by email or telephone or a home consultation made to discuss what you would like to commission. This in no way commits you to anything, although a charge for travelling may be made. This is deductable from the final price if the project goes ahead.
Stage two
When you have decided what you would like to commission a contract is drawn up describing the stages and cost of production. Producing any work of art takes time, but a commission is not accepted unless it can be completed it in a reasonable time. Most works can be completed within three months of a commissioning contract being taken on.
Stage three
When the contract is signed by both of us, a deposit of one third of the whole price must be paid before work can commence. This pays for detailed design and materials and safeguards against hoax commissioning. Your safeguard is your signed contract which will be honoured and is enforceable
